Oliver Szolar has worked in research and the pharmaceutical industry for 14 years. Previously, he held the position of the CSO at onepharm. Prior to that, he was head of analytical operations at onepharm and Aphton/Igeneon, Austria, after heading the instrumental analysis at the IFA, Department for Environmental Biotechnology, Austria. He holds a PhD in biotechnology from the University of Natural Resources and Life Sciences, Vienna, Austria.

Head Medicinial Chemistry

Dirk Classen-Houben was previously the head of medicinal chemistry and modelling at onepharm and before this head of cheminformatics at Biovertis, Austria. His industrial experience ranges from drug development to cheminformatics and project management with a special focus on integrating multi-disciplinary teams and external research and development partners. Dirk graduated in pharmaceutical sciences from the Institute for Pharmaceutical Chemistry at the Heinrich Heine University, Düsseldorf, Germany.

Andrea Wolkerstorfer | PhD

Head Virology

Andrea Wolkerstorfer was previously head of molecular biology at onepharm. She graduated from the Research Institute of Virology and Biomedicine, University of Veterinary Medicine, Vienna, Austria, and the University of Natural Resources and Life Sciences, Vienna, Austria, working on retroviral vector systems for the analysis of putative tissue/tumor-specific promoters in vitro and in vivo and the possible role of M-gene products on immunogenicity of influenza A reassortants. Andrea also holds a MSc Medical Diagnostics from Cranfield University at Silsoe, Bedfordshire/UK, and has experience in GLP.
